We work with clients in three ways:
Project-based strategy consulting
We lead strategic projects to improve healthcare experiences. For example, hospitals and clinics may engage us over 2–5 months to re-envision and enhance the experience for patients, caregivers, and providers. In past projects, we’ve reimagined urgent care, enhanced the prenatal and labor-and-delivery experience, designed a smoother pre-visit experience, and envisioned a more personalized and connected end-to-end patient experience.
Strategy workshop facilitation
We guide teams through 1- to 5-day workshops that tackle strategic challenges. Prior to facilitating a workshop, we gather research (both from our client and in the field), design the workshop agenda, create custom activities and material, and coordinate logistics.
Design thinking training
We help teams and organizations become more human-centered by orienting them to the design thinking process, attitudes, and abilities through experiential learning modules. Clients may engage us to conduct the trainings in-person or remotely through Zoom and other platforms.
