Collaborators

Design Strategy Collaborators
When projects require more hands on deck, we tap into our deep network of fellow design strategists to find project contributors. We work with our clients to determine the best people for their needs, and when and how to engage them. Often, our collaborators serve as coaches in ideation workshops.

Healthcare Collaborators
Need input from someone with specific healthcare expertise? We will tap into our robust clinical network to locate a resource that our client needs—whether it’s a sub-specialist or administrative leader who can share their valued insights and experience.

Client Collaborators
We often structure our projects so that 1–2 members of our client’s organization can participate in key activities throughout the project journey, dipping in as little or as much as their schedule allows. Design thinking is a skill they’re eager to learn, so our clients frequently request this hands-on approach. Then they can continue to put the methods and principles to work long after the project is over—becoming the go-to experts of a design thinking approach that continues to deliver for their organization.
